James opened Bike Garage in 2010 in the Peak District - undoubtedly, a home to some of the best mountain biking in the UK.

The business has grown fueled from his passion for fixing bikes and the incredible riding trails in the local area.

Bike Garage's offer is unique to the area - their high-quality bikes match the trails in the Peak District and enables their customers to explore without limits.

"In 2018 we were voted the best bike hire in the Peak District by travel site TripAdvisor which is something I am really proud of.", James shares.

Having lived and ridden in the local area for over 20 years, James can give the best trial recommendations and route information.

Positioned in the Hope Valley there are riding options for almost every level of experience.

From easy-going trails along the shores of Ladybower, Derwent and Howden reservoirs to more technical trails high up on the moors there is something for everybody.

"When we first opened we had 11 hire bikes which have now grown to 34. Our full suspension and electric mountain bikes are a great option for those who want to explore further than they might be able to otherwise."

Challenges before Sigodu

Bike Garage used a different booking solution before Sigodu but the business has outgrown its capabilities.

"We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of service possible and we see Sigodu as a tool to help us deliver that."

James shares Sigodu is a one-man operation which helps him manage his time more effectively and enables his customers to book online 24 hours a day.
